🌱Phase 1: Ground Zero – Stabilize & Assess

Secure Immediate Needs

Housing: Identify safe, stable shelter (transitional housing, family, halfway homes).

Food: Apply for EBT/SNAP, local food banks, shelters.

Healthcare: Register for Medicaid or affordable clinics, mental health screening, substance recovery check-ins


Gather Identification Documents

Criminal Record Summary (helpful for transparency in job applications or legal aid)
